01 - Profiling
Each athlete undergoes The DNA Athletic Blueprint Profiling, which uses advanced VALD Performance Technology to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth potential. This comprehensive assessment maps your unique athletic profile, providing a clear picture of where you stand and what areas need focus for optimal performance.

02 - Training
Using data from your DNA Athletic Blueprint Profiling, our expert coaches design a fully tailored training programme to meet your unique needs. Through our proven DNA Training Methodology, we create a structured path for growth, enhancing strengths while addressing key areas for improvement, ensuring continuous progress and maximising athletic potential.


03 - Evaluation
After 6–8 weeks of consistent training, every athlete completes a follow-up assessment using The DNA Athletic Blueprint. This allows our team to measure progress, re-evaluate development, and refine your training programme. By analysing your results, we ensure you stay on track towards your goals, making precise adjustments to maximise long-term success and performance.

04 - Performance
The final pillar, Performance, integrates Profiling, Training, and Evaluation to equip athletes with the tools and strategies needed to reach their full potential. This pillar drives continuous improvement, ensuring measurable, sustained gains in athletic performance. By refining every aspect of development, we help athletes maximise long-term success.
