What happens if I miss a session?
We will always look to complete a catch up session in the subsequent weeks following a missed session. If you need to miss a session for any reason please try and provide us with 24 hours notice. This ensures that our staffing levels are correct in the gym.
Can I train if I am injured?
If you are injured and have a session booked in, please let us know as soon as possible. As an official Rehabilitation Centre for the PFA we are well versed in providing rehabilitation for numerous injuries. Contacting us prior to your session will allow us to determine whether or not a session would be beneficial.
Do you provide nutrition programs?
Unfortunately we are not qualified to give out nutritional advice. However we would be able to introduce you to a qualified practitioner that would be able to help.
Do you offer sessions over the weekend?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer sessions over the weekend, but we would be happy to accommodate you throughout the week.
What happens if I am late for a session?
Where possible we will look to complete a full hours training session if you are slightly late for a session. This ensures that we offer the best service to our clients. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late for a session, please contact the facility so a member of staff can advise on the best course of action to take.
What do I need to wear for a session?
Please ensure that you wear training clothes along with suitable trainers. Please no Crocs of Sliders.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Please feel free to bring some form of hydration with you. Occasionally we may utilise some pitch space for parts of the session, however a coach will inform you of this in the prior session.
